Leader Fake Lawyer, Brian Mwenda Represented in Court

Detectives from the Law Society of Kenya have exposed a quack lawyer who is said to have been busted using fake papers.

In a report that has been shared by a reliable source of information, it has been reported that the suspect who has been identified as Brian Mwenda even appeared on TV during the hearing of former mungiki boss Maina Njenga.

Taking to his different social media platforms to speak on this, this is what Court Advocate Omwanza Ombati had to say.

“It has come to our notice that Mr. Brian Mwenda has been operating within our legal community under a false guise, falsely presenting himself as an advocate.

Further investigation into this matter reveals a disconcerting possible case of identity theft, as per records on the Law Society of Kenya Portal. It appears that Mr. Mwenda managed to upload his image as the profile picture on an account belonging to another advocate who shares a similar name.

Our concerns, however, extend beyond the individual deception perpetrated by Mr. Mwenda. The data within the LSK Portal, where members entrust critical information, has seemingly been compromised.

This breach has far-reaching implications, as we have witnessed non-advocates have been making calls on behalf of a specific candidate, soliciting support for their campaign”, Advocate Ombati.

While reacting to this incident, Kenyans who took to their different social media platforms to express their opinion on this topic have urged The Law Society of Kenya to enroll him to a school.
