Details of How Eric Lured His Killer With Meat and Salad to His House

Operatives from the Directorate of Criminal Investigations (DCI) Operation Action Team located and arrested the primary suspect in Eric Maigo’s murder at Bombolulu in Kibera on Tuesday night.

According to preliminary findings, as Maigo was driving home, he encountered the girl who halted his car, explaining that she had been expelled by her aunt and had not eaten.

Maigo, in response, offered her a ride home, mentioning he had roast meat and salad. He suggested she join him for a meal, and this is how it all started.

Upon arrival at the residence, Maigo offered the girl whisky, which she declined, citing her abstinence from alcohol. Maigo then provided her with juice.

Recounting the incident to the detectives, she expressed feeling dizzy and losing consciousness after consuming the juice. At around 4am, she regained awareness, finding herself unclothed next to Maigo.

Subsequently, she retrieved a knife from the kitchen, using it in a panicked attempt to defend herself as Maigo, still seemingly intoxicated, approached her. Overwhelmed by fear, she sought to escape from the house.
