Raila’s Source of Money Revealed

United Democratic Alliance party Secretary General Cleopas Malala has made a damning allegations on where Azimio La Umoja -One Kenya Alliance leader Raila Odinga normally gets his money to move around the country.

According to Malala, he has alleged that Odinga normally threatens Governors of areas he control to fund his movements across the country.

“Raila is just worried. He is used to moving to counties where he controls as the ODM party leader then threatens the Governors to give him devolved money to use in his movement across the country.” Malala said.

The UDA secretary general has said that unlike Raila,the national government is working closely with the county governments as provided for by the constitution in under intergovernmental relations act.

Malala added that the good example is the County Aggregation Industrial Park and the fertilizer distribution programme.

Raila has been recently moving across the country and yesterday he was in Kisii County where he held road side rallies where he took to hit at the President William Ruto’s government.
