DCI Officers Exposed For Conducting Dirty Business

The family of a missing businesswoman has appealed to the government to help them trace their 43-year-old kin.

Esther Ruguru was last seen boarding a black Toyota Probox car on July 1, 2023. Esther closed her hotel business in Kiria-ini Town, Murang’a County at around 8pm and walked on foot towards the car.

A man came out of the car and hugged her. He then opened the passenger door for Esther and drove off towards Nyeri County.

The Directorate of Criminal Investigations (DCI) have since placed six men into the mysterious disappearance of Eshter.

According to the DCI, the six are believed to be in relationship with the businesswoman. They include; two DCI officers based in Murang’a, a mechanic, businessman and two government officers working in the health sector.

Preliminary findings indicate that a CCTV camera, mounted by a nearby trader, captured the last moments of the missing businesswoman. However, the shopkeeper stated that two DCI officers and a mechanic came for a review and took away the memory card. They then warned him against sharing the copy.

The directorate now believe Esther’s disappearance is well connected with her relationship with the two DCI officers and the mechanic.
