A comparison between the two Kenya Kwanza leaders shows a distinct difference in their demeanour that saw Kenyans raise questions about their health.
During an interview with media personality Andrew Kibe, the Ministry of Information Communications and the Digital Economy CAS nominee dismissed concerns about their health.
Itumbi stated that they did not go to the gym but undertook an aggressive fasting program coupled with daily 30 minute-walks.
He observed that it was not an easy undertaking and even stopped participating in the program for some time.
“Okay, the programme that we did with the president on that was actually a programme that involved fasting. We did a very aggressive fasting, by the way; it was one meal for two days and then a little exercise, which is a walk for about 30 minutes every day. But it was very aggressive. Sometimes, I also stepped out,” he stated.
