Kenyan Veteran set to Receive State Burial

Kenyans might soon witnessed another state burial as more details emerged. State burial is the burial accorded to top government officials of President and Deputy president rank.

You might be wondering why you might soon witnessed another state burial after that of the late former president Mwai Kibaki. Yes it might happen soon.

According to the information that have been circulated over and over on social media by reliable sources, plans to have state burial is cooking.

In a recent event that was attended by president William Ruto, Mau Mau people from MT Kenya pleaded with him to allow them access Kamiti prison to exhume the body of the late Mau Mau veteran Dedan Kimathi.

They want Dedan exhumed and accorded state burial as one of the Patriots who fought for independence of this country, Kenya where president William Ruto agreed with them to accord him state burial.

“He is a hero just like other heroes. He should be buried the same way other heroes are sent off because he has sustained so many injuries fighting for this country,” the widow stated.
