ONLY MT KENYA LEADER WHO RECEIVED RAILA AHEAD OF KIMATHI’S BURIAL.

The opposition chief raila odinga today made his way to Mount Kenya where he was in the company of the only Mount Kenya leader who recently rejoined his camp Mwangi wa Iria.

His arrival coming in just a few hours before he is also expected to attend the burial ceremony of freedom fighter Mama Kimathi in an event that is expected to be also attended by the head of state President William ruto and the deputy president.

According to an update by a nation TV the Prime Minister was warmly received by a locals at the homestead of the former governor where he made his way before attending the burial ceremony.

The excited crowd could be heard chanting his name as he disembarked from his car in the company of some of his closest allies including his bodyguard.

Raila this week noted that he will attend the burial of mama mukami saying that the two have a long-standing relationship.
