Azimio Sends a Surprising Message to Kenyans

Demonstrations are expected today again in different parts of the country. Opposition leader Raila Odinga called for a three day demonstrations.

The protests are expected to end tomorrow. Yesterday was a day marked by chaos. The protesters were involved in running battles with the police. Today will not be different.

The Azimio team have this morning updated their followers regarding the demonstrations. According to Azimio post, they have captioned “The People Vs Ruto.” This simply means that protesters are out to fight with police officers deployed by government.

In the post, Azimio further explained how the government went against the law by abducting some of their members without the court orders.

From the post, those who have been unlawfully abducted includes member of parliament Babu Owino, Dennis Onyango, Ken Chonga, Teddy Mwambire, Wilfred Odalo, Reason Onyango, Eric Otieno, Anthony Otsyula and Maurice Ogeta. These Azimio members were arrested yesterday during the demonstrations. Azimio said that they do not know their whereabouts
