Breaking News: Wycliffe Oparanya Arrested

Former Kakamega Governor Wycliffe Oparanya has been arrested.

This was communicated by Eugene Wamalwa during a briefing by Azimio Principals.

Wamalwa stated that the former governor should be arrested unconditionally.

The former Defence Cabinet Secretary decried police brutality and historic notoriety. He regretted that over 8 people lost their lives during the protests.

He further announced that Azimio would hold demonstrations on Wednesday, July 19.

In the meantime, the coalition will observe five days of mourning in respect to Kenyans who lost their lives during the protests.
