OPIYO WANDAYI TO LOSE HIS JOB AFTER AZIMIO CRISIS MEETING.

The head of Azimio la Umoja, Raila Odinga, is anticipated to fly back into the nation on Tuesday following a prominent gathering of opposition leaders abroad.

On the same day, the seasoned politician is also scheduled to deliver a fiery anti-government rally speech at the storied Kamukunji Grounds.

The Azimio la Umoja One Kenya Alliance coalition is in disarray after some MPs questioned the leadership of the National Assembly. They claim that the leadership failed to help members oppose the Finance Bill because it was punitive and oppressive.

When Raila Odinga returns to the nation, a meeting has already been scheduled to discuss Azimio’s future as the National Assembly’s leader. According to reports, several MPs are not pleased with the minority leader, Hon. Opiyo Wandayi.

They alleged that some leaders had been forced onto them, and that this had resulted in some opposition-camp lawmakers purposefully undermining Raila’s efforts to reject the Finance Bill.

When Raila Odinga returns to the nation on Tuesday, all eyes will be on the Azimio la Umoja camp to see if they will make changes in the National Assembly.
