Co-operative Bank would like to inform you that they will be undergoing a migration to a new banking system from Friday 9th to Monday 12th June.

As a result, all their branches will be closed during this period, starting from Friday 9th at 3:00 pm and reopening on Monday 12th at 8:30 am. This closure is necessary to facilitate a smooth transition to the new system.

While their branches are closed, some services will still be available with certain limitations. You can continue to use their ATMs, Mco-opCash mobile banking, Co-op Kwa Jirani, and make card transactions at point-of-sale (POS) terminals. However, please be aware that there will be two time periods when all banking services will be unavailable: from Friday 9th at 10:00 pm to Saturday 10th at 1:00 am, and from Sunday 11th at 7:00 pm to Monday 12th at 1:00 am.
