CS MACHOGU ANNOUNCES CHANGES TO KCSE CANDIDATES

With a strong message directed at all candidates who took the 2022 Kenya Certificate of Secondary School examinations, the Kenyan government broke its silence today.

The Kenyan Government has given all 2022 KCSE applicants a five-day deadline to submit an application for placement in universities and colleges. The deadline was announced today, via the Kenya Universities and Colleges Central Placement Service (KUCCPS).

All candidates for the 2022 Kenya Certificate of Secondary Education tests have been informed by the Kenyan government that the application period for placement in universities and institutions would close on the seventh day of June 2023.

According to the Kenyan government, applicants for degree programs must have a mean grade of C+ or higher on the Kenya Certificate of Secondary Education exam from 2022, while applicants for diploma programs must have a mean mark of C Plain or lower.
