YESU WA TONGAREN ARRESTED?

Bungoma- Popular Yesu Wa Tongaren has expressed displeasure at politicians seeking his arrest on suspicion he could be running cult-like activities.

Led by Bungoma governor Ken Lusaka and Kimilili MP Didmus Barasa, leaders in the county have called for a probe into the religious activities overseen by the self-proclaimed deity.

Clearing the air as regards the ministry he runs, Yesu said his is the fulfilment of theBibleas written ages ago.

Born Eliud Wekesa, the cleric clarified that he does not run an occult as suspected by a section of leaders from his native county.

He has instead welcomed the said leaders to his home where they can get to learn about his ministry and the relations he claims to have with God.
