BAD NEWS TO KENYANS WITH FULIZA AND MSHWARI LOAN

Safaricom is one of the largest telecommunications companies in Kenya and East Africa.

On 14 July 2022, Kenyans woke up to a message from the company, which is good news for anyone with a loan through Fuliza and/or Mshwari Loans.

Fuliza credits allow you to trade up to a certain limit, even without cash. On the other hand, Mshwari Loan allows you to borrow and repay that loan within a certain period of time through the form of M-Pesa payment.

This is bad news for all Kenyans with Fuliza and Mshwari loans, as Safaricom has announced that anyone with a loan but not paying it back will be listed in the CRB.

So if you got a loan from Safaricom, you will now be listed on the CRB and won’t be able to get more loans from other lenders.
