BONI KHALWALE BEAUTIFUL PROMISE TO WILLIAM RUTO

You can accuse Boni Khalwale of many things but not laziness. It is like the diminutive politician has seven lungs. There is no politician who has campaigned for Ruto/UDA harder than Boni Khalwale.

Some may claim it’s because he is jobless while other politicians must juggle with their day jobs. Khalwale has been jokingly accused of washing utensils at Sugoi Farm.

It seems that Khalwale is not deterred by what his critics say. He has decided to give his all for a Ruto presidency. In the mix, he wouldn’t mind becoming Kakamega second governor.

During Ruto’s campaign rally at Western Kenya, Khalwale made a beautiful promise to the deputy president. He said that the region will give him a 70% block.

Raila and his supporters will not like those sentiments as for long Western region has been perceived as his stronghold. Losing Western region during a time when Mt Kenya is slipping away would be disastrous for Raila Odinga. Not even deep state can help him in such scenario.

The issue of Musalia Mudavadi and Moses Wetangula also comes up. It would mean Musalia would get zero votes from his backyard. Moses Wetangula on his part might not care much. He seems as a man with limited political ambitions. I don’t think when he takes off his glasses at night to sleep if he ever dreams of becoming the country’s president.
