TENSION AS PRESIDENT’S SON IS BRUTALLY ATTACKED.

President Yoweri Museveni’s son Muhoozi Kainerugaba has come out to publicly support President Uhuru Kenyatta’s BBI reggae even as his dictator father appears to lean on Ruto’s side.

The first son of Uganda elicited mixed reactions online after his latest post on president Uhuru Kenyatta.

Kainerugaba took to Twitter to praise Uhuru saying he is a great man, he also told the Kenyan president that “no one can stop reggae”.

“Afande Uhuru Muigai Kenyatta. President of Kenya and a very great man. No body can stop reggae! God bless him,” Muhoozi Kainerugaba tweeted.

His remarks rubbed Kenyans the wrong way, more so Ruto’s supporters because his father Museveni is seen to be supporting the Kenyan DP.

A section of Kenyans have attacked him for focusing on Kenyan issues, instead of helping Ugandans who are currently struggling. Some have even gone forth to add Deputy president William Ruto into the conversation claiming that he is soon going to be president and that Uganda should get prepared for his presidency.

Here are some reactions.
“William Ruto is the 5th President of Kenya. Uhuru’s term is over and Raila straight to retirement after losing the 2022 election to WSR” posted David.

“Ugandans are yearning for a belated leadership at whose helm is none other than the one who stole people’s hearts. We will not stop, we will keep raising our voices higher and louder. Please hear us out” posted Debra.

“Reggae was stopped last week, which reggae are you talking about? You seem that be confused. Can’t wait for the day when your father will relinquish the seat for a leader who will steer Uganda to the right direction.” Posted David.

“Hapa Kenya hatuwaiti Marais ‘Afande’.. Ni watumishi wa umma. Mambo ya kuongozwa na Majeshi tuliwaachiwa Uganda. Kando na hiyo rais wa Kenya Hana mamlaka ya kuamua kila kitu na ndio maana akasimamishwa na koti. Kwa kifupi ‘Courts can actually stop Raggae’ posted Mwangi

“Now look at this one, Kenya is well under a civilian government it is not Uganda where we have a military government. Eti Afande Uhuru Kenyatta!”, posted Eric

Early this month when Ruto was stopped from flying to Uganda, his ally Kapseret MP Oscar Sudi revealed that the DP wanted to met Museveni’s insiders as he prepares his State House bid in the 2022 General Election.

Ruto was to hold talks with president Museveni as his associates held separate discussions with officials of the National Resistance Movement (NRM).

Speaking to the press, Sudi said their aim was to borrow political lessons from the NRM, which has ruled Uganda for more than 35 years.

With the United Democratic Alliance (UDA) set to be the DP’s political vehicle in his presidential quest, Sudi said they wanted to learn party management practices from president Museveni’s handlers.

“We’re interested in how Museveni runs NRM, because we want to follow his example when it comes to political parties,” Sudi said.

Sudi said Ruto was determined to hire president Museveni’s chief strategists because next year’s election was a do-or-die game for him.

“Ndindi and I were to meet with Museveni’s advisors. The boss had a meeting planned with the President. There’s nothing we are hiding. We don’t want a party that will die after elections like what happened to Jubilee. We have been going to different countries for this,” said the Kapseret MP.
