NEW DETAILS EMERGE OF FOUR MEN WHO DISAPPEARED IN KITENGELA

Families of the four men who disappeared simultaneously on Monday, April 19, are in immense agony, with fears rising among them that a deal gone sour could have occasioned their mysterious disappearance.

Elijah Obuong, 35, Brian Oduor, 36, Jack Ochieng 37, Benjamin Imbai, 30, were last seen on the afternoon of April 19, while having lunch together at a popular Nyama Choma joint in a Kitengela club.

Reports indicate the quartet mobile phones went off at around 2pm on the fateful day, and since then, their whereabouts have remained a puzzle.

Their families said they were all working in the car-hire business; concerns are rising a deal gone south could have led to their disappearance, which is keeping them in apprehension.

“We talked on the phone at around 8am and again at 1pm. I told him I was bored in the house. He told me he would call later which has not happened until now,”Ochieng’s wife, Monica Wanjiru said.

The families of the four missing men said a mysterious man called Erico reached out to them via social media and told them the location of a Toyota Mark X, which they were using.

They said the same man also posted condolence messages of the men on his social media pages.

“We do not understand why the police have not yet tracked their phones, why have they also not arrested this Eriko man,” Amache’s mother said at the verge of tears.

Isinya based detectives said they are incorporating various tools, including CCTB footages, to trace the four.
