VIDEO: HEARTBREAK AS MAN BEGS HOSPITAL TO ATTEND TO AILING DAD
A video that has since gone viral has exposed how Kenyan healthcare is ineffective in cases of emergencies.
A Nairobi man shot a video of himself in the car with his ailing dad lying still in the back a car seat.

He had arrived at a local hospital and for hours, no one had come to attend to his father.
The frustrated citizen shot the video to express his dissatisfaction.
The man said,
“I want this to go to every Kenyan, This is my father I’m with here. I’m at the hospital entrance in the personal car and no one is attending to my father. They are saying my father is dead but he is not dead. My father still, bado ako an joto. and no one not even the doctors have attended to him, What is that?”
Some hospital officials tried to calm him down saying they will attend to the father but the man, who was now angry and agitated responded asking,
“How long has he been at the door? Afakufia kwa mlango ya hospital? for how long will he be here?”
He then breaks down crying.
The video ends.
It is not clear yet if he was attended to.
