SENATOR IRUNGU KANG’ATA FIRED

Murang’a Senator Irungu Kang’ata ousted by Jubilee Party as its Majority Whip, replaced by Kiambu Senator Kimani Wamatangi.

Speaking after the dismissal, Raphael Tuju said, “They have a right to be heard. Sen. Kang’ata has tried to give the impression that the reason why he’s being released of his responsibility has something to do with the letter he wrote the president which is not true. The manner in which he did it was wrong.”
