OSCAR SUDI’S REMARKS ON PRESIDENT UHURU

Kapseret member of parliament Oscar Sudi has taken a swipe at President Uhuru Kenyatta, claiming that he has officially defected to the Raila’s Orange Democratic Movement.

Taking to his Facebook page, the Kapseret legislator said that Uhuru has acted in ways suggesting that he has defected to the opposition party.

“Uhuru Kenyatta has been spotted with ODM candidate Omar Boga. This is now the second evidence that the President has defected to ODM after the Naivasha press conference addressed by Orengo. His heart is completely out of Jubilee. We stood firm with him during heydays and we wish him well in his new political formation. Bye bye.” Sudi said on his social media page.

President Uhuru Kenyatta has seemingly endorsed the candidature of ODM’s Omar Boga in the Msambweni by-election slated for December 15.

On Thursday, Mr Boga met President Kenyatta and even accompanied the head of state, alongside Mombasa Governor Hassan Joho, to the commissioning of Sh1.9 billion Likoni Floating Bridge in Mombasa.

The president even posed for photos with Boga.

The gesture has been interpreted by some as the president’s endorsement of Boga’s candidature in the forthcoming by-election.

According to Sudi, President Kenyatta being seen with the ODM’s candidate Omar Boga was the second evidence that the head of state was no longer part and parcel of Jubilee.

While referring to the two being together, the firebrand Sudi added that the Naivasha event was another evidence.

While here, pictures of President Uhuru Kenyatta standing behind Senator Orengo who was releasing a press conference trended online.

Many Kenyans took to their social media to make fun of why a whole head of state was standing behind these leaders amongst them members of parliament, members of the county assembly and other leaders way much below the president’s rank.

On social media, where the photos trended, some said the by-election has already been sealed.
