MAN ARRESTED FOR SODOMISING WIFE FOR 4 MONTHS.

A city man who had been sodomizing his wife for four months in Kangemi, Nairobi was on Thursday 3rd December charged with committing an unnatural offence contrary to 162 (a) of penal code.

The suspected denied charges before Senior Principal Magistrate, Charles Mwaniki at Kibera Law Court.

The man committed the offence between August 2020 and November 2020 and was also charged with another count of committing an indecent act with an adult.

According to the accusation, it is alleged that the suspect committed the act after his wife gave birth to their second child.

Speaking to the police, his wife revealed that they had been living happily for four years that until his husband “started behaving abnormally”

“He started forcing me to have anal sex with him. I told him that I was not comfortable but… when I asked him why he was doing that to me he told me that he can do anything with me because I was his wife,” the woman narrated.

The woman said she went to the hospital for treatment after developing wounds.

“I went to the hospital and I was treated but again I had developed sitting problems as a result,” she told police.

The suspect denied the claims and said it was “fabrication”. The man also said that name on the charge sheet was not his wife’s.

He was later released on Sh400,000 bond with the same surety.
