ANGRY KENYANS DEMAND FOR IMMEDIATE ARREST OF RAILA

ODM leader Raila Odinga has monday held a mega rally in Kisumu where he had gone to inspect the preparations of the coming Madaraka Day Celebrations that are to be held in the county.

“Took a moment to say hello to the people of Kisumu while inspecting preparations for the upcoming Madaraka Day celebrations.”

While a section of Kenyans were happy to see the former prime Minister some netizens are not happy with his visit. This is because, Raila meet a huge crowd where he spoke about the return of BBI.

Raila has announced that despite the court nullifying BBI, it will come back stronger and Kenyans should be ready.

Reacting to Raila’s visit in Kisumu, a section of Netizens have expressed their worry that now that the ODM leader has held a rally, COVID-19 will start spreading like wild fire. The Ministry of health recently revealed that the Indian variant that is 15 times deadlier was detected in Kisumu. Taking to twitter, netizens have revealed that Raila should be advised against holding rallies. Here are some of their reactions:

“Raila Odinga becomes the first political leader to break Covid-19 protocols in Kenya, next it will be president Uhuru Kenyatta then DP Ruto and by July we shall have our own corona variant deadlier than the Indian variant. Chief Justice Martha Koome are you watching?”,Ndungu opined.

“This is Raila Odinga campaigning for BBI in Kisumu. The president banned all political rallies till further notice. What if it’s William Ruto? Moses Kuria was arrested for meeting his PEP campaign team in Juja by-election. Is Raila above the law?”,Mandera questioned.

“No Media is reporting that Raila Odinga broke Covid 19 protocols at Kisumu where the Indian Covid variant has been reported. Bars & Restaurant, Artists, mama mboga, are about to be punished with curfews & lockdowns.”, Kalembe said.

“Raila Odinga anafaa kutulia kumefunguliwa tu juzi na ameanza campaign alafu covid numbers ziongezeke turudi Lock down. sisi ndio bado tutaumia coz tutakosa job manze youth tufikirie hizi mkutano tieni ziiii”Adan said.
