RAILA ODINGA WAY ROAD SHUT DOWN

Raila Odinga Way, previously Mbagathi Road, will experience traffic disruptions this weekend as part of a planned exercise by the Kenya National Highways Authority (KeNHA).

According to KenHA, parts of the road will be closed on Saturday, November 6 from midnight to Monday, November 8 the same time to allow for the erection of a footbridge at the T-Mall roundabout. 

“The work is designed to take place in two phases, where appropriate directions will be provided,” KENHA said in a statement

KeNHA similarly urged motorists to adhere to the planned traffic management and cooperate with the police and traffic marshals on site.

“Motorists are further urged to exercise caution and road courtesy while driving at the road for better management of traffic,” KeNHA said.
