Former Tourism CS Najib Balala Arrested

Ethics and Anti-Corruption Commission (EACC) detectives have on Friday arrested former Tourism CS Najib Balala.

Balala is set to face 10 charges relating to the construction Sh8.5bn Utalii College, Kilifi campus, anti-graft agency confirms.

Balala becomes the third former CS to have a runin with the law.

Others include former Interior CS Fred Matiangi and Former ICS boss Joe Mucheru.
