Main Target of Tomorrow’s Demos as Revealed By Itumbi

The planned demonstrations for Wednesday, Thursday and Friday have sparked conversations over different social media platforms.

The political arena has also become a beehive of activities with the opposition blaming the government and vice versa.

Kenyans remain uncertain of what to expect tomorrow as the two leaders President Ruto and Raila Odinga have remained adamant, with each of them holding onto their stand with no room for negotiation.

According to allegations lodged by CAS Itumbi, children are allegedly going to be the main target in tomorrow’s demonstrations.

He argues that the opposition wants to seek sympathy from the international community hence piling more pressure on President Ruto to give in to their demands.

“The meeting agreed to target children as part of the strategy. ” If we bring the exchange with police to schools, we get attention from the International community and the pressure on Ruto increases,” he said.

While revealing this, Mr Itumbi alleged that this was one of the issues discussed in a meeting held in Mombasa ahead of the demonstrations.

Further, he alleged that Mr Odinga demanded a one-off payment of Shs.10b., A job with European Union, and IEBC reconstitution through Kenya Kwanza emissaries.
