Avoid These Areas in Nairobi Ahead of Protests Today

Today will be a rough day for the residents of Nairobi county after three big protests were announced by different groups.

The Azimio coalition led by Raila Odinga, the public transport and the taxi association of Kenya have all planned major protests in the city center and it will not be business as usual.

As we all know the culture of Kenyans, there are no protests that have been carried out peacefully and tomorrow will be no different. Businesses and transport activities are expected to be affected tremendously as many people have been warned against opening their businesses to avoid looting by by protesters.

Judging from how Kenyans have conducted themselves in the past during protests, ugly scenes are going to be experienced and a heavy presence of law enforcement officers will be witnessed.

It will therefore not be a good idea to be found in town on Wednesday. If you do it let it be at your own risk because anything can happen.
