SAD! HIGH COURT RULES ON FINANCE BILL

President Ruto appears to have emerged victorious from his first battle over the Finance Bill and it’s evident that any attempts to impede it have slim chances of success.

The President has been resolute that the Finance Bill is the only method of solving the nation’s unemployment issue.

The High Court of Kenya’s most recent judgement gives conclusive evidence that the Finance Bill is set to be instituted. President Ruto has unmistakably articulated his goal of actualizing his mission, taking every precaution to make sure his goal is realized.

The High Court of Kenya has issued a major ruling on the Finance Bill in response to a case made by Okiyah Omtatah against the government. Justice Mugure Thade rejected Omtatah’s petition to have President William Ruto’s Finance Bill suspended as he had failed to provide valid reasons as to why the suspension was necessary.

Omtatah’s assertion that the amendments to the Finance Bill rendered his original case irrelevant was taken into consideration, and he was allowed to revise his argument accordingly. However, it is now clear that the situation has developed to a new stage.
