KCB BANK TO GIFT IT’S CUSTOMERS THIS.

KCB customers will now be able to redeem gift vouchers from as low as 200 Simba Points at any of the Naivas Supermarket outlets and My Dawa online pharmacy.

The Bank is rolling out this program to give customers an array of Simba points spending options on all goods and services like travel, hotel accommodation, car hire, shopping clothes, electronics, and appliances.

KCB Group Acting Marketing and Communications Director Wanyi Mwaura said: “In the face of the COVID-19 pandemic, we are providing support so that every household can access financing through our Simba Points offering.”

Late last year, KCB partnered with Glovo and Jumia to allow customers to redeem their loyalty points for vouchers to offset their shopping or delivery of goods to their homes.

KCB data shows that since the inception of the loyalty program over 9 years ago, there has been a total of 156,973,612 points redeemed over   273,039 transactions with most of the customers preferring to redeem points for airtime.

For a customer to utilize the facility, they are required to log into the KCB website ke.kcbgroup.com , with their mobile number and secret Simba Points PIN, select the gift vouchers page, redeem points, get a voucher that they can then use to offset the cost of their shopping.

To register for the KCB Simba Points Loyalty program, customers simply dial *522#, Select My Account and follow the prompts, download the KCB App from Google or Apple Stores, and select Simba Points from the menu.

To increase Simba points, customers can transact with a credit, debit, or pre-paid card, use KCB Mobi on *522#, bank online with KCB i-Bank or use the KCB mobile app, deposit money at any KCB Mtaani agent, process your salary, or even take a loan, mortgage or insurance cover.
