FIRST COUNTY IN MT KENYA PASSES BBI

It seems BBI will pass in most counties without any hitches.

Laikipia County has become the eleventh county assembly and first in Mt. Kenya region to unanimously pass the BBI Bill.

Only 24 counties are required to pass the Bill. So far only Baringo County has rejected the BBI bill.
