Uganda chapati vendors agree to fine members who violate rolex price guidelines

Chapati vendors in Pader Town Council, Northern Uganda, have introduced fines for members who violate a new price list following an increase in the cost of ingredients.The new prices took effect on November 3, 2026, with vendors required to follow the agreed rates when selling their products.
