Kenya Airways has lost a court bid to stop a claim from real estate developer Epco Builders over 312 homes planned for the airline's staff.
The High Court dismissed the national carrier’s application to overturn an interim decision of an arbitrator, the late Kyalo Mbobu, who rejected the airline’s objection that EPCO’s compensation claim was filed outside the six-year statutory time limit.
