The project comprises a 98-kilometre double-circuit 400kV transmission line connecting Isinya and Konza, alongside a modern 400/132/66kV substation fitted with two 400/132kV, 350MVA transformers and two 132/66kV, 100MVA transformers.NAIROBI, Kenya, June 14 – Kenya Electricity Transmission Company (KETRACO) has energized the 400kV Isinya–Konza Transmission Line and the 400/132/66kV Konza Substation, strengthening grid reliability and securing electricity supply for Konza Technopolis and the wider lower eastern region.
