Kenya Power Issues Notice On its Forthcoming 105th Virtual AGM

Kenya Power will hold its 105th AGM virtually on Friday, 27th November 2026, at 11:00 a.m.Top on the agenda of this annual general meeting is confirmation of an Interim Dividend in respect of the Financial Year ended 30th June 2026 of KSh 0.30 per ordinary share, which was paid subject to withholding tax, on 27th March 2026.
