The Kenya Tea Development Agency (KTDA) has appointed James Githinji Mwangi as the new Chairman of the Board of KTA Holdings.In a statement on Tuesday, November 3, KTDA confirmed that Mwangi had been selected to take over the leadership, replacing the outgoing chairman Enos Njeru.
