The Teachers Service Commission (TSC) has reopened its Teacher Performance Appraisal and Development (TPAD) portal for a short period. Teachers who missed the chance to complete their appraisals can now finish and submit them, and school heads can appraise their staff and countersign.The move comes after weeks of glitches at the worst possible time in the term.
