Somali intelligence agency arrests grenade-carrying suspect in Mogadishu

Mogadishu (HOL) — Somalia’s National Intelligence and Security Agency (NISA) announced Wednesday that it had arrested a man suspected of planning an attack in Mogadishu after he allegedly attempted to flee security forces and discarded a hand grenade.The suspect, identified as Hassan Nur Muse, also known as Makane or Ali Sabti, was arrested during a joint operation by NISA and Somali police in the KPP neighborhood of Hodan district, according to an agency statement.
