A Milimani Court has fined a gospel DJ Samuel Muraya, popularly known as DJ Mo, Ksh5,000 for two traffic offences.Mo has been charged with disobeying verbal directives given by a police officer in uniform contrary to Section 52(1)(a) as read with Section 52(2) of the Traffic Act, CAP 403, Laws of Kenya.
