NCBA Group on Tuesday transferred 1.087 billion shares to Nedbank Group, making the South African multinational its controlling shareholder with a 66 percent stake.
The NCBA shares were moved through a block trade on the Nairobi Securities Exchange (NSE), a move that lifted the day’s equity turnover to Sh107.7 billion.
