The Ministry of Mining has issued guidelines governing the use of fireworks during the upcoming Diwali and Hindu New Year celebrations, warning dealers and event organizers against violating regulations under the Explosives Act.In a notice dated November 3, 2026, Cabinet Secretary Hassan Joho announced that the celebrations will run from Friday, November 6, to Sunday, November 8, 2026.
