Jubilee Group has appointed Juan Cazcarra as its new Group Chief Executive Officer, effective December 1, 2026, succeeding Dr. Julius Kipng’etich, who retires on November 30 after eight years at the helm.Cazcarra, is an insider who is presently Deputy Group CEO He joined Jubilee Group 5 years ago and took up his present position in April last year.
