Former Nyeri Town Member of Parliament Ngunjiri Wambugu has declared that Jubilee Deputy Party Leader Fred Matiang’i does not need any political intermediaries to secure votes in Nyeri County.Speaking during a Jubilee Party rally in Nyeri Town on Wednesday, March 25, 2026, shortly after the launch of a new party office, Wambugu said Matiang’i enjoys direct support from the people of Nyeri and should not feel compelled to seek endorsement from any other leader.
