Hassan Omar is in trouble again. This time, at a political gathering in Mombasa, the UDA secretary-general suggested that even the dead could be made to vote for President William Ruto. The remarks sounded less like those of a former human-rights commissioner than of a politician intoxicated by proximity to power.
