GOVT FINALLY SPEAKS ON MONDAY 20TH HOLIDAY.

The Nation Media Group has termed Raila’s declaration of March 20th as a public holiday as hot air and wishful thinking.

According to the Media house, the law of Kenya under chapter 110 of the constitution gives public holiday pronouncements to Interior CS. The former premier Raila is therefore usurping the powers of Professor Kithure Kindiki.

This latest declaration by Raila Odinga is therefore misleading according to the law. The former premier has however the habit of taking the law into himself as well operating outside the constitution.

The former premier Raila Odinga has refused to accept that he lost the August 9th polls fairly and squarely.

He is trying to fight for his personal interest by bringing other people especially workers who are busy trying to fight hard because of the harsh economic times.
