Sakaja Delivers Bad News To General Badi

After his swearing, Nairobi governor-elect Johnson Sakaja says he will take over the functions of the Nairobi Metropolitan Service (NMS).

Sakaja said he will transfer the functions that had been transferred to the Mohamed Badi-led NMS back to the county government.

The functions were transferred by former governor Mike Sonko. Sonko regretted the move saying he was ‘drunk’ during the transfer.
