OSCAR SUDI DEFLECTS TO AZIMIO AFTER CONDUCTING THIS POLL

Kapseret MP Oscar Sudi shared a poll on his Twitter seeking to find out who was the preferred presidential candidate between frontrunners ODM leader Raila Odinga and Deputy President William Ruto.

Sudi is an ardent follower of the DP and spends his every waking moment dismissing Raila’s chances on the ballot.

In the poll, the MP provided fixed options of Raila and Ruto for his followers to give their opinion.

A total of 34,984 people participated in the poll which he shared on the bird app on the afternoon of Friday, August.

Raila takes lead
From the results of the poll seen by TUKO.co.ke, the Raila emerged as the most prefered.

Of the total participants, 61% said they will vote for the Azimio ticket in the August 9 General Election which is due in about three days.

Ruto followed a distant second in the poll, garnering 39% of the total votes.

Gatundu South MP Moses Kuria predicted that Ruto would emerge a victor in the forthcoming elections.

According to the research conducted by the Kuria, the lawmaker claimed of the total 21,846,468 registered electors, 17,240,993 would turn out to vote, representing 79.15%.

Of the total votes, the Chama Cha Kazi (CCK) party leader said Ruto would get 10,578,553, representing 61.36%.

On the other hand, Kuria’s research indicated that the Azimio la Umoja’s Raila would get 6,662,441 votes representing 38.64%.
