Not only are they ingredients that make our food tasteful than they are also cures to certain ailments such as common cold. Some people even reported using ginger and garlic could be a great cure to Coronavirus.
But do you know that these tasty ingredients have certain side effects? For your information, know that they have side effects and that should make you desist very much from using them. With me here are the side effects.
Garlic
If you start having the following symptoms try very much to avoid garlic.
unpleasant breath or body odor
heartburn,
burning in your mouth or throat
nausea, vomiting, gas or diarrhea.
This is a short list of its side effects. Garlic has more of them.
When receiving medical care,do not use different forms (cloves, tablets, oil, etc) of garlic at the same time without medical advice. Using different formulations together increases the risk of an overdose.
Ginger
Side effects of ginger include:
increased bleeding tendency
Abdominal discomfort
Cardiac arrhythmias (if overdosed)
Central nervous depression (if overdosed)
Dermatitis
Diarrhoea

Ginger may cause hypersensitivity and gallbladder disease.
