UDA PARTY RELEASES A VERY IMPORTANT STATEMENT

United Democratic Alliance (UDA) party has announced that it will hold its party nominations in mid-April.
In a statement by the party’s National Elections Board (NEB) chairperson Anthony Mwaura on Friday, UDA urged all its aspirants to get ready for the said process as he encouraged more to apply.

“The Board had issued an earlier communication indicating that the UDA nominations will be conducted within the legal timelines set by lEBC,” read a section of the statement.

“The board is now pleased to announce that it will conduct nominations across the country on the 14th April 2022.”

The Deputy President William Ruto-led party similarly informed the members that the process would be conducted simultaneously in all the elective possesions.

“The nominations will be held simultaneously at the Wards, Constituencies and Counties,” Mwaura noted.

UDA emphasized its willingness to hold free and fair nominations at all levels as it implored interested candidates to keep popularising their bids under UDA.

“The party reiterates its commitment to render free, fair, verifiable and democratic party primaries,” Mwaura stated.

He added: “Aspirants are encouraged to continue preparing and popularising their bid under the UDA Party in preparation for the party nominations.”
