EAC Jobs in Kenya: The Ministry of East Africa Community and Regional Development has announced vacancies in the state department with salaries ranging from Sh. 42, 970 to Sh. 87,360 per month. Potential applicants have been asked to send in their applications on or before Monday, February 14.

Interested and qualified candidates have been asked to fill only one application form (PSC2 Revised 2016), which is downloadable from the Public Service Commission’s website.

Principal Regional Political Integration Officer- 4 Posts

The qualified candidate will be required to organise and prepare reports on stakeholders consultative forums on political integration activities, analyse and interpret research, moderate draft briefs, speeches and concept notes on political integration,

prepare action plans for logical implementation of research, studies and intelligence findings as well as recommendations of the reports on political integration.

Basic Salary Scale: Ksh47,780 – Ksh82,330

House Allowance: Ksh15,400 – Ksh35,000

Commuter Allowance: Ksh8,000

Annual leave Allowance: Ksh6,000

Medical Allowance: as provided by the Government

Terms of Service: Permanent and Pensionable

Principal Regional Economic Integration Officer – 5 Posts

The successful candidate will compile and update data on the implementation status of various protocols, policies and strategies on trade, industry, investment, fiscal, monetary, customs, standards, competition and private sector development matters.

Basic Salary: Ksh49,000 – Ksh87,360

House Allowance: Ksh15,400 – Ksh35,000

Commuter Allowance: Ksh8,000

Annual Leave Allowance: Ksh6,000

Medical Allowance: as provided by the Government

Principal Regional Productive and Services Integration Officer – Seven posts

The candidate will be required to compile and update data on the implementation status of various protocols, policies, strategies, MoUs, master plans, summit and council decisions in the areas of infrastructure development, transport, communication, meteorology, energy, environment and natural resources, tourism, wildlife management among others.
