KENYANS DISAPPOINTED AGAIN AFTER GOVT MADE THIS ANNOUNCEMENT.

Kenyans are disappointed yet again barely hours after President Uhuru Kenyatta lifted the dusk to dawn curfew. This is after the National Police Service announced that closure of bars by 7:00 PM remains in effect.

Following the need for country to follow the guidelines as stipulated by WHO, the President Kenyatta announced that to curb the spread of Covid-19, bars, restaurants were directed to close by 7:00 PM.

Well, the national police service has made another announcement which has left many Kenyans disappointed.

“Following the vacation of the COVID associated curfew by H.E the President during MASHUJAA Day speech, existing measures on the closure of bars by 7.00 pm remain in place for now.

“enforcement of violation of this measure to continue,” police said in a statement.

Tourism and Wildlife CS Najib Balala had earlier said that with the lifting of the nationwide curfew, operations in the hospitality industry were back to normal.

“All hospitality facilities are back to normal with Ministry of Health protocols,” Balala said.
