SHOCK AS A 33 YEAR OLD MAN IS FOUND DEAD IN A CAR.

A middle-aged man was on Tuesday night found dead in his car that was parked next to a petrol station in Otongolo area, Kisumu along Kisumu-Busia road.

Confirming the matter, Kisumu County Police Commander Samuel Anampiu told People Daily that the matter was reported by a security guard manning the petrol station.

The man was found in a Toyota Vitz car with a registration number KCW 646J.

Officers from Kogony Police Post were deployed to the scene after getting the report.

“My officers managed to break into the vehicle and found the occupant dead. He was identified as Habil Oile, aged 33,” he said.

The police commander said they could not immediately establish the cause of his death.

Police, however, discovered an empty 25mm bottle of insecticide which was discovered at the car’s dashboard and which will be investigated for possible suicide.

The deceased body was taken to Kisumu County Hospital (KCH) mortuary awaiting postmortem.
